STANDARD SALES - PURCHASE TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

1. Buyer sends detailed ICPO with banking coordinates to the seller along with company

profile, company registration certificate & passport copy.

2. Seller issues a proforma invoice & SPA for execution to the buyer.

3. The buyer bank issues pre-advise via SWIFT MT 705 to the seller bank. This message is

a brief advice of the documentary credit, the full details of which shall follow.

(Note: DLC pre-advice is NOT an operative credit instrument.)

4. On SPA Acceptance and Signed, Seller will share one of the following documents

• Injection Report

• SGS Report (Verifiable Old SGS)

• Load Master Details for Cargo Verification (Physical)

5. On verification of the above documents Buyer issues SBLC/ BG/ DLC (Transferable) to

the seller’s bank & within 48 hours of Authentication of SBLC / BG / DLC, the seller will

send the below set of documents as under:

• Unconditional dip test authorization letter (UDTA)

• Authorization to sell and collect funds (ATSC)

• Injection report on Rotterdam shore tank

• Product passport (PP)

• Tank storage receipt Rotterdam including GPS, hub, bar-hub, bar-code, and all others

• Certificate of origin (COO)

• Authorization to verify product (ATV) – Physical

6. On successful verification and confirmation of the product, the buyer conducts a dip test

by SGS on the seller’s tank at the buyer’s expense.

7. Following the completion of the dip test, the seller injects the product into the buyer’s

tank*

8. Buyer makes 100% payment by mt 103, wire transfer for the total product value, and the

seller transfers the title to the buyer’s name and pays commission according to signed

NCNDA/IMFPA, seller and buyer directly sign one year.

*: If the buyer does not have a tank, then the buyer has the option for tank extension

(at buyer cost) for the number of days required after the dip test and make 100%

payment via MT 103 for title transfer.

*: Buyer shall Provide their Shipping agent details as well as Buyer must bear the

Port & Berthing Expenses.
